Drum roll please....Welcome to the new and improved Ciao Bella! Hilldale. Amber Urick, a senior fashion student at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, created this adorable, iconic shopper just for the site...and I couldn't be any more ecstatic! Amber will be graduating in May with a B.S. in Apparel Design and Development, with great strength in hand sketching.
